Trailside
Design and Plat Map:
Trailside is uniquely designed to capture the essence
of rural ranchette living on the high plains of eastern
Colorado. The 43 home sites range in size from 2.5 acres
to 7 acres. Streets are asphalt paved so your weekday
car won't need washing on Sunday afternoon.
Morgan County holds an impressive county fair every summer,
so if your younger cowboy and cowgirl wants a 4-H calf
or sheep, or if the trail boss has always wanted a horse,
we've got room. The Trailside covenants allow other uses
typically found on the family ranch but under strict conditions
so everyone will be proud to call Trailside home.
Approximately 20 acres of Trailside is reserved for private
open space with uses broad enough so that homeowners can
decide themselves how best they would like to use the
land.
Trailside lots will be available Summer 2004 with custom
homes available soon thereafter.
